- It was decided that the Bylaws are changed (effective at
2007-03-01) to add to "Assessment for active members" the item
"4. must currently have acceded to OpenPKG Contributor Agreement
(OCA)". This way at any time it is ensured that OpenPKG Foundation
e.V. activists are making their contributions under the OpenPKG
Project contributor agreement and this way the OpenPKG license
is protected.
- No objections existed on the shared Financial Statement and the
published Half-Year
Report 2006/H2.
- The old Board of Directors from the second half of year 2006
was officially discharged:
